By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Coral App mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). 2. Description of Service

Coral App is a mobile application designed to help users manage their travel experiences offline. The Service provides tools for route planning, expense tracking, document storage, photo organization, note-taking, and transportation management. The Service is designed to function primarily offline, with your data stored locally on your device.

3. User Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if:

• We discontinue the Service

• We determine termination is necessary to protect our interests or those of other users

14. Data Backup and Loss

As Coral App primarily stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend regular backups of your important travel information. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances beyond our control.

15. Export Control and Sanctions

The Service may be subject to export control laws and regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer the Service to any country, entity, or individual prohibited by applicable export control laws.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
