Welcome to Trip Scheduler. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trip Scheduler developed by LGR PLANT REPAIRS LTD ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Trip Scheduler mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Trip Scheduler is a travel planning application that allows you to:

• Create and manage trip itineraries with waypoints and routes
• Track travel expenses across multiple currencies
• Store travel documents such as tickets, bookings, and identification
• Save photos and memories from your journeys
• Take notes and record travel impressions
• Organize transportation information

The App is designed to work offline, storing all data locally on your device.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App and agree to these Terms. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

While the App may not require account registration for basic functionality, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the App
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you enter into the App
• Creating regular backups of important travel data
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Trip Scheduler developed by LGR PLANT REPAIRS LTD and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App, including trip plans, notes, and uploaded documents. However, by using the App, you grant us a limited license to process this content as necessary to provide the App's functionality.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for all data, text, photos, documents, and other content that you upload, store, or create using the App ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to use and store your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party
• Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Data Storage and Security

The App stores your data locally on your device. While we implement reasonable measures to protect the App's functionality, you acknowledge that:

• No data storage method is completely secure
• You are responsible for maintaining device security
• Data loss may occur due to device failure, theft, or other circumstances
• We recommend regular backups of important information

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

We do not warrant that the App will meet your specific requirements or that defects will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRIP SCHEDULER DEVELOPED BY LGR PLANT REPAIRS LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trip Scheduler developed by LGR PLANT REPAIRS LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

14. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trip Scheduler developed by LGR PLANT REPAIRS LTD regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
